Reflection on ECP Life Science 151

For the last few months that i have been on university I have been in an ECP programme. Many people would ask what ECP is and I still do not what ECP stands for. What I do know about the ECP programme is that is a programme that gives students who unfortunately did not study hard for the final matric exam (ya'll know I am talking about maths) an opportunity to come to university and still have a chance to study in the direction they want to. Me on the other hand did not have a clue that this programme even existed....but lucky for me it does exist.

So I found out that I had three module for the year and i was like whoop whoop...I'm going to have a whole lot of free periods :)...but that unfortunately that was not the case cause i got my time table for the year and i had class every single day :(  and that made me super sad, but i guess that's life. The three modules that I got for the year was INTRODUCTION TO SCIENCE 153( the reason its in capital letters is because me and that module are really bff's if you know what I mean), Introduction to Mathematics 150 and finally Life Science 151, which is the module this blog is really about. To hear about the other two module you'll have tune in again on Teusdays, same place same time...lmao i'm just kidding this is my last ever blog!!!

Where do I start with Life Science 151....i guess i'll start at the every first day that we got life science. I can clearly remember that it was a very hot day and we had to go the GH 2( that is GREAT HALL, lecture room 2 if you didn't know that) for our very first life science lecture. Luckily for me that room had aircon :)...whew that was a relief cause we were a BIG group. So we met the to life Science lectures, Maryke Meerkotter and Suzanne Short. I cnt remember whether i met Riaan and Bradley but that doesnt really matter. I really thought life scince had a great start...room with aircon and Maryke who gave the lecture in two languages(afrikaans and english) which i was really digging...but unfortunately that was the first and the last time i got life science in that room and by Maryke :(

So i got another Lecture Ms Short and funny enough her surname describes how see look, which i think is super cool...which my surname could describe me:(...JUST KIDDING. Suzanne is actually a very nice woman but she just tend to lower her volume as she speaks and i already have a hearing problem. On the serious side i actually learned a lot of things that i did not learn is school and  we do work on a deeper level than what i did on school..and i really love the videos we watch in class more then the lecture itself but what i hate the most is all these class activities that we have to do.I was so excited when i found out that we were going todo practicals in lab and wear white coats...yeah i was going to look like a doctor and i got a supr cool demi named FEFE...big ups too her, she marks kwaai!!!!!! but thats enough for now so peace out my homies:)
